A PAYMENT AWAY FROM YOUR DREAM TRIP

Ready to invest in your dream destination? Here is more information on how to make payments to Mention Getaways Travel and avoiding late fees!

Paypal Payments

Send as Gift to Family or Friends Option

PayPal charges all their customers a 3.1% service fee on all transaction that are using a debit/credit card. To avoid those charges you can use your bank account, or you can pay the extra charge. In the open field please list the name and who/what the payment is for. 

  1. Make sure to NOT select that the payment is for a Good or Service to avoid extra service fees.

  2. If the option comes up always select that you will be sending a gift to family or friends.*Using your bank account requires no fees.*

Venmo Payments

Download the Venmo App

  1. Download the App

  2. Link your Debit/Credit Card

  3. Find us and add us as a friend "Tim Mention" on Venmo 

  4. Click on Pay and enter the amount

  5. In the open field please list the name and who/what the payment is for. 

Cash App Payments

Download Cash App App

  1. Download the App

  2. Link your Card

  3. Look us up under $MentionGetaways on Cash App

  4. Click on Pay and enter the amount

  5. In the open field please list the name and who/what the payment is for. 

Apple Pay Payments

Apple Pay

  1. In messages, you will start a new conversation. Please reach out to us via email to get the "Apple Pay" contact number.

  2. Tap + "Apple Cash" button.

  3. To select an amount, tap -- or +. To enter an exact amount, tap Show Keypad.

  4. Tap Send, then add a message to go with the payment if you like too (ex. include your name and what is for).

  5. Tap the send button. Then review the payment information. Your money in Apple Cash will be used to pay first.

  6. Send the payment, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Zelle or Direct Credit Card Payments

Zelle 

  1. Sign on and select Transfer and Pay on the desktop or Pay & Transfer on the mobile app.

  2. Select Zelle®.

  3. Select Send.

  4. Select the recipient or Add recipient (If adding please use Email: mentiongetaways@gmail.com and Name: Timothy Mention

  5. Enter the amount.

  6. Select Review.

  7. Select Send.

Direct Credit Card Payment

  1. We can apply payment over the phone via your credit card. CC payments are subject to a 4.5% charge*. Please contact us for this option by emailing mentiongetaways@gmail.com.

Online Credit Card Payment

All Payments via this option is subject to a 3.15% charge. Ex. A $100 payment will net $96.85

Late Payments

Grace Period

Late Payments: You have 2 days to submit your payment and after the 2nd  day there is a $30 Late Fee charge that will be assessed to your account per payment period*

Refund & Travel Insurance Policy

Refunds

All Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments made after the deposit may be refundable. This is contigent upon how close you are to your departure date and if you purchased Travel Protection. 

Travel Insurance Policy

Those that purchase travel protection have two types of protection to choose from: Future Travel Credit or Full Cash Refund. You can read more about the Travel Insurance options here: Travel Insurance for All Inclusive Trips
